By creating an account and using unblind.to, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
unblind.to is a subscription tracking tool that allows users to manually log and manage their recurring subscriptions. We do not access your email, bank accounts, or any third-party accounts on your behalf.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. Free and Premium Plans
unblind.to offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Premium features include AI-powered receipt scanning and monthly email digests. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Payments and Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.
7. User Data
You own all data you enter into unblind.to. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
unblind.to is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, unblind.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
