1. How Refunds Work

unblind.to payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All refund requests are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@unblind.to or visit paddle.net.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription payments automatically renew until cancelled. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@unblind.to
